The purpose of the Altar Guild is to care for the Sanctuary, prepare for all types of services and assist the Rector. We set the altar for our Sunday services of Holy Eucharist. We care for the altar linens, liturgical hangings, communion vessels and other sacred articles used within the Sanctuary. We prepare the Sanctuary for special worship services, including baptims, weddings, ordinations and funerals. Members join together to adorn the Church for seaonal celebratations of Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
