#1: The Resurrection of Jesus is Personal.

• Jesus shows up and asks, “Why are you weeping? For whom are you looking?” I want to hear your heart
• God, who created the stars and knows them by name, knows each of us by name – personally

#2: The Resurrection of Jesus is Grace-Full -> Saturated in Grace

• It is Jesus who finds Mary
• She was open to being found -> It’s the resurrected Jesus who finds her

#3: The Resurrection of Jesus is Wonderful

• Jesus finds Mary: 7 demons had been delivered out of her… not pillar of community… a woman…
• Jesus says, “Go to the disciples and say to them…” “BE MY FIRST MESSENGER”
• Mary, someone on the fringe/edge of society – given wonderful privilege of getting in on the ground level of the resurrected life of Jesus
• What can be more wonderful than a life with challenges, hurts, rejection, marginalized… being given dignity, hope, love that can make it complete… that is offered to each of us…
